You have options, you can have uplighting by the Sign-in Table to match the Banquet Room's color(s) or maybe just uplighting behind the Head Table and accenting the Wedding Cake Table with uplighting. Just add the Bride & Groom's name with wedding date in lights and you are there!

Are you planning an onsite Wedding Ceremony?
We can help with the sound system. We can also help mic the clergy so your guests can hear you exchange your vows if you like. We will also help you choose your music from the moment your guests arrive until you are pronounced Mr. & Mrs. We will be there to help you. Plus included in our fee is attending your wedding ceremony rehursel so you and wedding party can practice to the acutal music being played the day of your wedding.

Uplighting powered by AEON Raven controller, up to 10 fixtures with Glow PROX XS-MESA DJ Booth w/ LED light bars. This controller takes the light show far beyond the typical beat-detection and random chase patterns. Your show becomes lighting choreography!
Entire ballroom uplighting price is determine by fixture count and installation labor requirements. Lighting package includes AEON Raven controller for fixtures by dance floor, up to 10.
Based on the size of your Bridal Party, it is recommended to use, either 3 or 5 LED Par Can Lights (Uplighting Fixtures) behind a head table.
Optimize the sound for your reception
Additional Speakers with Bluetooth receivers. tri-pods, scrim skirting may be used in non-rectangular rooms for best sound or rooms of 300 to 500 guests. Other ideas may include outside patio areas that are in line of site of main sound system.
When to add a subwoofer to your wedding reception. If the majority of your guests are young and middle age people and they like listening to dance, rock or hip hop music, it might be a great idea to have at least one sub adding more bass, energy and excitement to your dance area, regardless of the size of your venue or the number of guests. If the majority of your guests are elderly you may want to take a pass on using a sub.
